changing paddings of gktop-dark gk-top bottom blocks

I try to change these two black blocks padding from template css but anything change...I need help...
I need thin blocks..

Please add this code to override.css file in root/templates/gk_template_name/css directory :

and then just remember to enable "Use override CSS" option in template advanced settings tab.
