Joomla error on Godaddy

Why go this error? I contacted the customer support they are advised to contact your template because they are hosting checked for errors and found nothing. For whatever reason, this error comes??
My log:

[Fri Mar 02 01:32:55 2012] [error] [client 109.239.37.132] Script timed out before returning headers: index.php

If you search following string in google you can clearly see it is a Hosting issue.

"godady Script timed out before returning headers: index.php"
or
"godady joomla Script timed out before returning headers: index.php"

See below link as it seems issue is not related to joomla as others are also suffering from similar errors.
