"therealdesign" template - no "off-line" page?

Hi,

It seems that no "off-line" page is incorporated in the quickstart package. Am I missing something or some Christmas elf took it away for good?

Hi,

I have just checked, there is the offline.php file in the template package, if you have missed it, you can use my attachment as well.
