Is there any documentation explaining the easiest way to migrate a site using the Real Design Template in Joomla 2.5 to the Real Design Template in Joomla 3.2?

Hi,
not yet, but yes this is good idea.
But on your place I would wait 10 days until Joomla 3.3 stable will be ready.
This important advice ! I saw many problems during update from J2.5 to 3.2
so if you are not advanced Joomla user - wait !
When will the new releases arrive?
April 22: Joomla 3.3
July: Joomla 3.4
October?: Joomla 3.5

Always do those steps:
1) Make a full backup (files & database)
2) Copy to your HDD all files from template which you have changed, logo and css files etc.
3) Run Joomla Update Process
4) Install new template version ready for J3.x
5) Install new versions of all modules - ready for J3.x
Check if all works. If not.... hmm

Even today I did commercial migration from 2.5 to 3.3 RC and it took me at least 2,5h, I had blank screen, missing tables from database etc..
so please be patient.

In most cases it should look like this.
----
Please do all those steps - step by step !
1) Disabe then Uninstall old plg_gkextmenu plugin (!)
2) Upgrade from J2.5 to J3.3.4
3) Re-install template to new version, for J3.x
4) Re-install all gk modules, I mean : mod_image_show_gk4, and mod_news_pro_gk5 - with versions for Joomla 3.x
5) Install plg_gkextmenu and enable plugin which you can take from gk_rockwall_rest_files_J!3 or other packages
But we can not help in migration via support, because each case is different.
