button align to the center of a page

How can I align button to the center of a page in a form? http://gktemplate1.evs.sk/ it is the form when you scroll the page down.
I have tried putting it into <style>,<div>,<p>,<span> tag but nothing worked. I have also tried class="center-me" but it didn't work either.
