Activation link landing page

Hello guys,

I can bet someone asked this question before ... when user receives the activation email and when they click on the link, the default landing page in the Music template is /index.php/template/lorem-ipsum-ii/joomla-pages-ii/user-login. I need for link to point to JoomSocial login page ... any thoughts?

Hi

I think all You need to do it to use a Jomsocial register module instead of regular joomla one. This alone should redirect between it's own extensions.

Actually, the registration is in fact done through Jomsocial register module.

Hi

Looking at this hasn't pointed me toward solution. Please try to create a new link for login in menu manages pointing to jomsocial login, than remove the current link and rebuild menu structure. I hope it will help. Try also ask on jomsocial forum. It may be related with their code and not the configuration of a quickstart site.
