Breadcrumb Showing Incorrect Articles

As you can see in the screenshot attached, the breadcrumb is consistently showing the wrong article. Whenever I go to view a article, the breadcrumb shows the wrong article title, it shows another title of another article on the site.

Hi,
Breadcrumb are generated by Joomla - in most cases by Menus - NEVER by template,
so you have to use correct menu structure to get correct/expected path in Breadcrumb module.

I have checked and everything is set up correctly on my end and I was not experiencing this with my last template. Can you please look and see what the issue may be?
