Hi,
First: in Contact Manager: Contact --> Other Information insert {GKMAP} {/GKMAP} tags or just screenshot of maps, under that some information
How to use it: https://developers.google.com/maps/docu ... taticmaps/
Second: on the right side choose Contact Form Tab -> Show Contact Form [Show] and Save, than you will get a nice Contact form.
