Some problems with the menu

Im having a problem with the menu, when i create a long list of child menus its not posible to scroll all the way down to the last it disappears before i get down.

Please have a look at what im talking about on www.radiohead.co.za. under services when you hover over funeral or corperate benefits. the drop down menus are quick to disappear. how do i change the hover delay time?

Are You having this problem in any particular browser. I'm testing it in FF and menu animation is fast, but nothing is hidding by itself until I move cursor out of the menu box.
