How do you remove the "Coffee" logo on Mobile view?

How do you change the Joomla logo on top of the web browser tab?

That's favicon image.
Go to template parameters > features > "Favicon image" and upload your own favicon.

Thanks so much! I'm so new to Joomla, so my next question is how to access these files? I was able to find edit ccs/.... on template manager but was not able to locate the files you suggested.

And for the favicon image, where do I find template parameters?

It's not on template parameters.
You must change it using FTP.
