In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Europe/Helsinki' for 'EEST/3.0/DST' instead in /var/www/html/site/libraries/joomla/utilities/date.php on line 198

Hi
Please go to "Help > System Info > PHP Settings"
Check if you have "Mbstring" php extension enable.
If not and if you have access to php.ini, just remove ; in front of extension=php_mbstring.dll
If you don't have access to php.ini, i recommend that you contact your host.
