Quickstart installation problem - problem with step 4

I just installed the PenguinMail quickstart package, but the Joomla installation stops at step 4, the database configuration.
All data are correct, but after a few seconds of loading page, the installation returns to step 4 without errors and does not make me go to the next step.
Do you know why?
