javascript error on home page

Hi there,

I see several errors on my home page http://www.sandra-eversberg.de and find with the guys from acyba that there must be javascript error and/or jquery/mootools conflict on the side.

]popup window doesn't work on home page (on other pages it works well

on home page some times mobile layout is shown instead of default layout

Unfortunately I am not good at coding.

Could you please help me to find a solution? I noticed a remarkable reduced number of website visitors and email subsribers.

I think it's a jQuery/Mootools conflict.
