Visualization not correct in IE8

Hi

I have this site: yoreservo.webexpertia.es/prueba/alcazar/
and it is not showed correctly in Internet Explorer 8 or 9.

I've disabled all the modules or contents to discard any error in them, but it is the same.

Could you help me please?

It's because somehow IE detects to use Quirk mode for your site, if you open Developer tool of IE (press F12), and switch to Normal mode, the site will display correctly, there's no problem with the layout.
