Thumbnail and article in User Module

Hello! I have a little question: It's possible to link an article in User1 module and to set an image in thumbnail of this Module not present in article?
I would that the user click on the ReadMe button and open a Flipping Book module that I would insert in article.
Therefore I can't insert an image in article but I would to appear only in Thumbnail.


In the image that I attached I marked in "blue" the image that I would set only in thumbnail and not in the article.

It's possible?
