Remove scroll bar

Hello there,
I'd like my pages to appear without the scroll bar on the left hand side, when the content doesn't actually fill the whole page.
An example is the www.parralox.com/contact page
This page has minimal content, but the scroll bar still appears.
How can I make the scroll bar disappear when the content doesn't fill the page?

I've visited this page several hundred times and always seen a scroll bar.
I'm viewing on PC, using Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome (all latest versions).

I'm currently using the myfolio template, but I'm happy to change to another template if that helps?

On my Firefox there is also no scroll bar » screenshot

It may be caused by 100% height added to body tag, please try to remove this rule from BODY selector (min-height: 100%)
