Separate Image background for header and footer

Hello dear all.

I would like to ask what is the best way to approach the following:
I'd like to have 2 background images on the empty white sides of the site.
One for the top area of the site and the other in the footer of the site.
How do I include this in template css override ?

I've attached 2 images of this concept. Giving an idea what I am talking about.

Not an easy way to do this. I'm afraid I cannot help with this since it's a customisation and we do not support that, but if You want me to take a look into this in my private time for a small fee than please mail me in private. My mail is in the footer of my every post.
