406 error just changed google+ button to off

Hi,
Site gives 406 error , i just changed status of google+ button to off.
I know if i clear the cache of browser this will go away, as has happened earlier also but why this error come i dont know.
secondly i am not able to find how to enable back to top link in this template?
did i miss it in template config?

infact this error appeared while switching off google+ button, i tried it on another browse also, as soon as i switch it off and press sane and close error appears.
Site is in offline mode, so if admin access is required i can send via pm
