left menu not appearing as in demo

I have published a menu in left_top position, and added suffix"_menu" tried even with out "_" and not to mention i left space before suffix but still the menu does not appear as in demo.

The reason why it isn't working is that you add suffix in wrong place. You added it to 'Menu Class Suffix' and you should add it to 'Module Class Suffix'. Please add those suffixes to this option ' menu clear'.

ok, Thanks, done and now it is appearing fine, but the sub menu items now does not show now.
and where should i add 'menu clear'

ok got it it has to be "menu clear" instead of "menu" in module suffix

Remember about space before ' menu'.

Yes , i have put a space but, will sub menu items wont show? i have marked "show sub menu items as 'yes'" in module config. but still it does not show sub menu items

Submenu items are hided in this template. Please try add this to override.css to show them
