Facebook button, facebook plugin

Hello.
I have installed the AppSite template on my website, but I am not sure how to configure the Facebook API. The Facebook button on the bottom doesn't work.
I dont have Authentification - Facebook plugin so it could be the reason. Is it possible to download this plugin? I can't find it.
My temporary domain: petrlen.cz
And last thing: facebook like button doesn't work in IE9, in Firefox does.

First of all. "Like" button is loaded via iframe so phisicaly it's located on a facebook site. If it's not working than it has to be a browser issue. You should try ask on facebook developers forums.
