How remove Recent Activities of gk_style template

Hi Again.

I need remove one component of template gk_style of musicity.

I try remove the code in \components\com_community\templates\gk_style\frontpage.index.php

But when i access in jomsocial i have one error, i need remove only this home screen.

How i do it ?
