extend mainbody to right

i would like to "extend mainboby in my homepage to right-right and right-left position, is it possible?

Unfortunately not. This positions are a part or right and left column so all modules from this column will be affected and covered in half. Maby after some serious modification but we do not support that. I can try in my private time for some small fee, but only if You need it badly. Just mail me.
