musiccity registration module not working

hello,
i installed musiccity quickstart on my website, everything works fine but the new users registration.
when you click on registration button, fill the required fields and confirm you are redirected to another registration page (/joomla-pages-ii/user-registration). even filling the filed in this page you can't register to the site.

new user registration in joomla control pannel is on.

how can i fix this?

Your reCaptcha system is enabled ? Because I don't see reCaptcha in popup so this can cause this problem.

no, both joomla reCaptcha and k2 reCaptcha are off.
there're also 2 plugins: Captcha - ReCaptcha (enabled) and System - GKreCaptcha (disabled)

Please disable this Captcha - ReCaptcha (enabled) plugin and check whether the problem still occurs.

it was a bad ReCaptcha configuration. now it works fine except for k2...but that's a well know problem.

If you use in K2 configuration same keys like in system captcha and you have updated template you shouldn't have any problems with reCaptcha on K2 pages.
