move the text in k2 item next to image

Hello
I need to have the image in right position ant text just next to it in k2 article.
I used the code in override.css to put the image of k2 right position:

span.itemImage {
display: block;
text-align: right;
margin: 0 0 8px 0;
}

Now i need the text next to the image:
