How to make the font work with another language

Hi there. I renamed the main menu item "home" to my native russian variant. And it's displayed awfully since the fonts of the russian text and the english one don't match each other at all, it looks ugly . How can I make the russian text displayed in the same font, as the english one.

And also, how can I make the pictures of this very man http://coffee.atservers.net/images/demo ... style1.png and the picture that says "A unique coffee bar..." disappear? Well, I tried, but on the place of that man there occur now a grey rectangle that isnt of the same colour as the background, but I need on the place of the man and the pic that says "A unique coffee bar..." to be just the background and nothing more.

And even more question. Can I make the slideshow-plugin wider by editing the css-parameters of the width and height? And how can I adjust the time of changing of the picture? I guess there's more easy way than changing it all in the css file. So where is the control-panel of this slideshow plugin?

And smth more. I changed the logo to the text-format and wrote "Chiaro", but this text is not clickable but I want there to be a link to the homepage. Is it possible to do without the image-logo?

Plus, How can I change the name of the "SAMPLE TAB" under the slideshow? I am browsing through the menu and I can't find anything at all.
