extension for tab

I would like to create tabs as similar to the demo, just that I wish there were categories of items and not the xhtml code.
any suggestions?

thanks for the quick response.
I tried the extension TABS-GK5 but I was hoping of being able automatically include the articles on this site maybe by selecting a category to the tab

Sorry but we have resigned from this feature, because it can be achieved by the embeding the modules like News Show Pro GK4 as a tab content.
