Hello,

I've tried working this out on my own but I couldn't. I have the template installed here:

http://www.gohome.ro/pantofi2/

You can see the slider off to the right (a few pixels). The template demo looks just fine:

http://demo.gavick.com/joomla15/nov2010/

How can I "move" the slider to the left? What's wrong in my setup?

Please help. Thank you!

Regards,
Alex

Hi
Try add to override.css
Code: Select all
#gk-header2 .moduletable_content {
    padding: 0px!important;
}

and remember to enable override.css option in template settings

Hello Sir,

Thank you for the fast reply. The problem was solved, but another one occured as the products in the "Lowest Prices" box on the homepage have the same css applied and have been moved to the top and to the left of the box.

Can the css somehow only be applied to the slider somehow, so it doesn't alter the products from the "Lowest Prices" box?

Thank you.

Try add to the slideshow module your own suffix and add css rules in override.css

Can you be more specific, please?

I have div class="moduletable clear" and I changed that to div class="moduletablesomething" and applied the CSS to that but it didn't work.

It only seems to work when the CSS is applied to class="moduletable_content".

I can edit whatever file you need me to edit, maybe it's easier than using override.css.

Please help. Thanks.

Can anyone help me with this issue, please? It's a problem I have with the theme I've bought, it's not a custom thing or anything like that...

When you are adding suffix you need to add space before suffix name. Now you have clear suffix added correctly to slider. It should work.

Sorry, but I don't understand. It still looks the same. What did you change? Or what should be changed?

The installation was done with the full package, joomla+theme.

What should I do now?

Why isn't anyone helping me solve this? I thought customer support is going to be better than this, at least that's how it was the first time I signed up (last year).

Please help me solve the problem as it happens with the default installation (joomla+theme) from the package.

Thank you.

Hello,

What did you change when I gave you the login details by email? Because now it works without the code in the override.css file!

Please let me know what you changed. Thank you.

I only corrected suffix name in module. You didn't add space before suffix "clear". That's all I have done. I wrote it in earlier post.
