Virtuemart url and checkout issues

I have used the Quickstart YourShop installation. I have 2 issues.

In the backend virtuemart seems to be missing "&option=com_virtuemart" off the urls so that whne I click on the list products link I just get

http://hallmark.tylerhost.co.uk/adminis ... oduct_list

How do I fix this? I can get the require screen by pasting "&option=com_virtuemart" on the ned of the url.

And also on the second step (shipping) in my checkout process the home page content appears above the checkout page.

Any ideas on these?
