..update modules?

I downloaded and installed template YOURSHOP 1.0.4 and I did quickstart install.

Need I update some modules or components in this template ??

or I have to copy some files via ftp. I am novice

This is up to You In my opinion Quickstart was tested so I would stay with the versions which are there installed. Most of it has been updated while the fixes were comming out.
