[SOLVED] Error - "Ask a question about this product " form

when the user send a question about product (form: "Ask a Question About This Product"), after VM redirects to a page listing all products and displaying this message "searched article not found" and the email is not sent. :unsure:

joomla 1.5.23
VM 1.1.8 (i can not downgrade)

Any help?
