cashe character problems.

i am trying to activate cashe plugin(joomla plugin)and i get turkish caracter problem i change the component and using jotcashe same problem happining but i thought some component couses this but when i change template clean cashe everything is ok. so i tryed with opera ie,firefox and crome result is same.

didimmarket.com is my adress i check template every things looks ok and checked cashe files and they are all utf-8 encoding.?

so what is the problem ?any idea please
