remove modules from k2 item detail page

I am trying to customize my K2 display. I have the yourShop template installed.
on the item detail page seen here

I would like to have the following two areas removed:
1. Message from administrator
2. Latest from administrator

also if i can find out how to move the "related items (by tag)" module to another location on the page that would be great.

You need to go to item page edit and in right column and find 'Item view options' section.
Here at the bottom you will find 'Author options' section. In this section hide two options: 'Display extended author info' and 'Latest items from author'. If you want do this for all items set this up in category settings.
