Template customization

Hi, I introduce myself. My name is Umberto and I am developing a site for aquariums.
I downloaded the template yourshop and I loaded up a temporary hosting in http://www.italyship.com/aquariumangri/ .
I have some questions to ask:

1. How and where to change the name on the form Breadcrumbs "yourshop.com" with the name of my site "aquarium.it"?
2. How to display the page as in this example with lightbox image, with option to big / medium / small and Material Options, and Product Details, Ask a question about this product, Customer Reviews, in tab menu?

Searching the lightbox option also.

Options (small, medium aso) are virtuemart related:
Administrator - VM - list products - choose a product. Now you have some tabs. Go to "product status" and you will find the attribute list.
Attribute can be "size", property can be "medium" for example. You can set up multiple attributes and properties.

Ask a question and customer review should appear if you install the quick install. Don't know how to set up manually.
