logo swap out

how do I change the name of "Your Shop" in the logo positon. Cant find that one either... any thoughts would be appreciated very kindly

your_sitetemplatesgk_yourshopimagesstyle1(or 2,3,4)logo.png
and change logo with whichever you want.
