Virtuemart . . . K2Store or Both?

Hi.
I am just getting into the YourShop template and need some clarification on K2Store and Virtuemart.

Are they supposed to be used together?

Am I supposed to choose just one?

If I don't like either, can I use a different cart?

I looked into HikaShop recently and found it to be simple and easy to use, but I trust Gavick's suggestions. I assume since you designed the template with these extensions they are good. But, I don't have a lot of products and don't need an overly complex solution. I am wondering if this is overkill for what I need.

Any help or wisdom would be appreciated.

I found some training for K2Mart, not K2Store. I am going to look at K2Store and see how it compares.

With K2 store, you can only accept payments via Paypal...

With Virtuemart, you can accept payments with all well-known solutions such as moneybookers, online pos, etc...(Moneybookers do the integration for your website, also free and it helps you to accept visa cards payments directly...which is pretty cool to me...

Just remove K2 modules and plugins at all. You won't need it...
