problems during steps 1, 2 and 3 of checkout process

during steps 1, 2 and 3 of checkout process I keep having home page Photoslide image show on the top.

At step 0 (Shipping Address) it shows billing and shipping address, which is correct.
problems start from steps 1, 2 and 3 showing the home page on top of cart infos.
could you please help me to get rid of home page during steps 1, 2 and 3?

I have exactly the same issue (impetusdance.com). Any news on the solution?
