New VM user registration - two Send Registration, neither work?

It looks like there is two "send registration" options however the top one is just a Title.

If you go to administration/com_virtuemart/languages/common/english.php

Go to line 669 (I am using Dreamweaver) and you can change the title - I used Terms and Conditions

BTW - what program are you using for the translation on the top left - very cool.

Just an update,

I noticed that changing the language file changed both buttons so I went into the admin area in joomla, went to the virtuemart, selected admin on the left, selected Manage user fields and unpublished vm_delimiter_sendregistration

That got rid of the top "Send Registration" title.
