Error when click on product of your shop

I've just installed once YOUR SHOP.
When you call always comes this error message.
How can this be?

Hi,
there is still no response, I have probably expressed myself correctly.
I have installed Quick Start your shop. When I click on a product always comes this error message. How can this be?

Hi,
I have reinstalled everything again.
I will not find the following path. But this is for all products. Throughout the path is not found.

Error 404!

/ 3rd-party-extensions/k2/categories/tv-led-tv-3d-tv/item/27-sony-bravia-3d-tv.html
File Not Found!

What do I need to make it work.
All products are still in the Quick Start file.

i see the 404 is custom made...

also it looks like you have SEO turned on... did you remember to rename the .htaccess file ?

have you installed any 3rd party plugins or something ?

i don't get this error, so its something from your hostprovider...

and the mail is correct...
