VM categories in mainmenu?

Hello,

I was searching on this forum about this topic, but I didn't find anything useful. So I would like to get my VM product categories on top menu(mainmenu), and subcategories as submenus of megamenu. Is this possible?

I have also other problems with quickstart.

If I set up VM on home page image slide show doesn't load images. As soon as I set up first page for default page, the image slide show works perfectly...Can anyone tell me what is the point?

There is also problem with VM cart module in right top corner. The cart is not working properly...

Is easy but not the best way to use VM categories or products in a main menu it slows down the pagespeed. If you sell only one product is nice but big webshops... it's a don't to do it like this.
