Optical problem with multiple product photos

Unfortunately I have yet another optical problem. If you use more than two product photos, the photos with a scroll bar will be displayed below each other (see picture). I think it looks very ugly.
I think it would be better if the product photos are a bit smaller display at that position next to each other. Is that possible?
