How to change iPhone/handheld template colors?

Lovely template!

I selected the red template for the desktop version. How do I select a color with the handheld/iPhone? Do I need to go into the css file (gk_yourshop/css/handheld/iphone.css) and manually make the changes?

FYI - I made changes to three lines of color code in the iphone.css/handheld.css files.

That is exacly how it should be made with the mobile templates of ours. It doesn't have a multiple color styles.
