YourShop template 3rd colum & more.

YourShop is a super nice template. Great job guys! However, can you help me make a few changes?

1) I would like to add to YourShop template a 3rd column.
2) Banner placements on top and bottom of template.
3) Where is the T3 image location.
4) Does T2 cart have a plug-in for Authorize-net gateway processor?
