Error uploading logo on manufacturers

Hi!
I'm changing the logos of every manufacturer but then I have a rare problem.

when I scroll down in "manufacturer edit page" the option of upload an image is repeated like 4-5 or 6 times, and i can't upload the images when I try.

I'm attaching images because of i'm working on localhost and using the quickstart page.
I've tried to reinstall virtuemart, but it still havingthe same issue

VirtueMart as a 3rd party extension is beyond our support. For more help please contact with extension support forum because this really looks like VirtueMart issue. Our products don't override any VM backend settings and features. You can start with reinstalling VM.

I tried reinstalling it, and it doesn't work. By the way before starting this topic I asked on virtuemart forum and the answer was that I have to ask here:

"(Looks like a corruption. You should be seeing two tabs, one for Manufacturer Description and one for Images, and where there should be an editor box for the description text you have got some junk that looks like it is added by Gavick. If you installed this site using a Gavick quick install package and have not triedd to updated VirtueMart yourself then you should ask them about the corruption. )"
and a link to one post that they can't help with "personalized" components.

The thing that I don't understand is that how could be possible that reinstalling don't change this, I don't know other way to solve it.

Hmm... the problem is that VirtueMart configuration page is not related with quickstart package or even template. This are core components views that we don't override for sure. Did you check this issue on clean Joomla! installation ?

Well I tried reinstalling virtuemart, even reinstalling and old version and updating, but the same problem.
I installed a joomla default web with virtuemart and it can change the manufacturer images, so I tried to copy the database of virtuemart to a joomla that can upload image on manufacturer, and when I have uploaded all the images, then replace for the other database (only virtuemart tables), but is incredible! It still the same, I copied all the tables and the images and description doesn't appear!!
I don't know anithing more to do.
apparently this is not a problem of virtuemart (because I reinstall), this seems a problem of the quickstar for some undefined reason (because the same virtuemart works on other installation) and this html messages (the green squares) doesn't appear on other installations

what else can i try?

I've checked the quickstart package and there all looks fine. Are you sure that there is no some additional administrator plugin or some extension which may broke this settings in this not working installation ? You can alway install clean template on the version where VirtueMart is working fine and see that this don't change antything. It can be also related with file permission settings.
