Problem with template mobile color

in the web I have a blue template, but I get the green phone, as I can change??

Yes, you have right the mobile template uses only "green" color style, if you want to change, you have to overwrite css colors, or edit/modify those files:

gk_yourshop\css\mobile\handheld.css
gk_yourshop\css\mobile\iphone.css
gk_yourshop\css\mobile\android.css

to use BLUE color style.
