Error 500 in order confirmations

I have a little problem with yourshop template. I've installed joomla 2.5.9 and virtuemart 2.0.18a with yourshop template and when I like confirm an order apear Error 500.

Please try disable SEF links and try it than. It will help me to specifie where the problem can be. Please also make some dummy user and send me an access to it so I'll be able to run test myself.

I'm quite new in joomla but when you say about disable SEF link I supose that you speak about the component JoomSEF but I don't have this component.

No. I've meant a joomla SEF option available in global setting for joomla. Please send me an access to Your joomla panel so I'll make this change myself.

I've disabled SEF links now. Can You please check if problem is still present ? I'm having problems to register without knowing Your language.

It was strange for me but I understand that I have to create an user for you and do the publication in the forum. Thank you very much for your help and for delete my post.

Unfortunally the problem is still present, I can do all process of puchase order and in the last step when the client confirm his purchase order appear error 500.

Can you help me a little bit more please??

I'm not being redirected to error 500, but see a blank page which after forcing errors to show pointed to an invoice creation fatal error. I believe a function creating pdf has problems with Your language special chars.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/creafesta.cat/httpdocs/libraries/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 15688

Try maybe reinstall tcpdf library. Check how to force it to use Your language characters and ask on VM forum about this issue. Unfortunately I'm not able to help since it's not connected with our product
