Cross browser problem

Hi, guys,

I have recently happened to notice that my site is not functioning on the older browsers, for instance, older than Mozilla 17.1 and IE 8, my site is a mess. I tried to contact Cloudaccess.net for help, they told me I had to contact the template developer. Please help me to resolve this issue?

Could you attach some screenshots ? By older than IE8 you mean IE7, IE6 ?

Yes, my site is not functioning on the browsers like under IE8, and Firefox 6

Meanwhile, I have also facing a new problem, where it sometimes happen that mobile version shows up on desktop?

Did you use Joomla! cache ? Please try to disable cache, remove old one and make another test - this should resolve your issue. Your template is latest available version ?
