Ask for a question - VM2

I've noticed that on the DEMO of the template, the "Ask for a Question" link-popup doesn't work properly, since I need the template for a migration of an existing site, I need to check that everything works,

I've checked again on a normal product page and it works fine, only when I click the submenu item 3rdParty/Virtuemart/Product-page but it's not a bug since it will be replaced,
