Quickstart: Blank-Page when press button "confirm purchase"

Hi

I have just installed the quickstart yourshop template on this site:

Without changing anything in the Backend I tried if virtuemart is working or not. Everything went well until I pressed at the end of the purchase the "confirm purchase" button. I then got a blank page. How can this happen? What is the reason for this and why am I the only one having this problem?

Please enable error showing in joomla panel global configuration for server and try confirm purchase than. Let me know what error was shown.

Set Error Reporting to Simpel.

Got this message:

Hi

I have no idea. tcpdf.php file is responsible for converting VM order informations to pdf file which is not a case here. I'm not a VM expert but You can check if there is no option to create a pdf file anywhere in VM settings. Try also allocate more memory, so this problem may be fixed too.

If none of this will help please send me an access to joomla panel and ftp access so I'll be able to make some tests myself.
