Change background to custom backgroung image

Hello,
Im struggling getting an image to work as a background..
Can anybody help ?
The image is 500x300, it is recommended to have a bigger image for the background?? or it will work fine with repeat codes?

Hi

Background repeat is more for pattern type background.
So it depends of your image, but with that size is not normal to use as pattern.

In other hand, if your image have lots of details and it's not good to use on pattern, so you might need to image the image size or use repeat-y or x.

Only if we can see it we can advise better

Sorry about the late reply.

You want to use the first image as body background, right?

To use the "copyright" image please enable the use of css override on template parameters > advanced settings and them add this line on ../gk_yourshop/css/override.css file.

   background: #f0f0f0 url('../images/yourimage.jpg') repeat 0 0;


Now were do you want to use the watermark image?

I'm VERY new to your templates, im unsure of the locations of the overrides and also the files you mention. Can you give a clearer explanation, please.

Or is it just easier to replace the existing background image with a new image of the same filename / size, etc? I wont ever be returning to the supplied background image, although I will keep it as a backed up image.
