The button ask a question is not working properly

Hello,

The user can ask questions but I don't receive the messages, the mail configuration is working fine because I am receiving the information for a new user registration. (my domain: e-gift.cl)

You mean "Ask question" in VirtueMart layout yes ? Please switch template to default one (like beez) and check results - probably the problem is still the same. If yes, this is only VirtueMart issue which is a 3rd party extension beyond our support. What version of VM you use ?

Yes I mean "Ask question" in virtuemart, I am using the latest version (2.0.10). I will try with Beez.

The problem is solved, I deleted a user (with the ID 42) giving some problems like this, to solve this I followed the steps of other topic and now is working fine.

Issue is resolved in newer quickstart - we've fixed problems with admin user. Anyway, thanks for posting the solution.
